When hiring the sweet cart, can we select the sweets ourselves?
Completely up to you - if you want to colour co-ordinate your sweets to your theme we will always try to accommodate this. Please take a look at the sweets we can offer.
What if something gets broken at my event?
Accidents happen - Upon booking we send you an invoice for £50 to be paid in order to secure your booking. This £50 is also used as a damage deposit and refunded back to you following your booking. In the unlikely event that there is any damage the deposit will be retained by Planned With Love to cover damage caused.
What happens to left over sweets?
These will be bagged up for you to take with you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free within 10 miles of our two locations after 10 miles a standard charge of 40p per mile is charged.
How do we book?
1 - Contact us to check availability and discuss requirements
2. We will then send you a confirmation email, followed by an invoice for £50 to be paid in order to secure your booking. This £50 is also used as a damage deposit and refunded back to you following your booking. In the unlikely event that there is any damage the deposit will be retained by Planned With Love to cover damage caused.
3. The full balance is due 4 weeks before the date of hire. We will send you an invoice 5 weeks before your hire date with the final payment date shown on the invoice. We use Paypal to ensure secure and smooth payment options. If you cannot pay this way please let me know so we can find an alternative.
4. Relax and let us do what we do best. We will deliver and collect at the times, dates and locations discussed at booking.
5. Missed something? Changed your mind? Contact us if there is anything you would like to add or change. Cancellation charges are shown below.
Can the sweet cart be decorated to match my colour scheme?
We will always try our very best to match your colour scheme as best we can - please discuss these requirements when checking availability.
Are there any cancellation fees?
More than 5 days notice - full refund
Less than 5 days notice - 50% refund of full payment
Less than 48 hours notice - no refund
Can the sweet cart be used at any venue?
It is the clients responsibility to seek permission from the venue and to ensure there is sufficient space for the sweet cart at the venue. Once the sweet cart is set up it can only be moved by a representative of Planned With Love.
What is the period of hire?
The period of hire of the sweet cart depends on your requirements. This can all be discussed when you contact us however we are happy to deliver an hour beforehand so you and your guests can enjoy your sweets on their arrival (we will always try to be flexible, where possible, on delivery to suit your requirements).
